This blog is a guide for victims of medical malpractice and accidents in Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, New York, Staten Island, Nassau and Suffolk, by providing information they need to know before ever walking into a lawyer's office. For more info go to http://www.oginski-law.com or call Gerry at 516-487-8207 for answers to your legal questions. To the extent that this website discusses past cases the firm has handled, New York courts may deem this to be attorney advertising.

I still go for checking-my-health-and all action.
And why? I think it is very necessary. Prevention is better than cure and I think that court reporting firm would agree on that.
When a medical facility or medical professional acts negligently in connection to the examining, testing and diagnosing of a patient, it can result in delays occurring in a condition a patient has being detected and treated. Such delays can be very harmful to patients. Sadly, such delays can sometimes even have fatal results.
